Indianapolis, IN – In the shadows of Lucas Oil Stadium, home to the NFL Combine, more than 70 front office personnel from 30 teams gathered to receive executive coaching from Cover CEO Jarvis Stewart and other media relations experts.

Now in its fourth year, the Accelerator is designed to broaden career advancement possibilities for highly skilled and capable men and women currently employed by NFL teams through one-on-one coaching and role-play.

Cover worked in partnership with NFL Films to develop on-camera profiles of participants and prepare them for “real-world” scenarios, press conferences, and interviewing techniques.

“Kudos to NFL Commissioner Goodell and his senior leadership team for remaining steadfast in their support of the Accelerator,” said Cover CEO Jarvis Stewart. “I was fortunate to join NFL staff in the creation and rollout of the Accelerator. To watch its growth and success has been inspiring and incredibly rewarding.”
