Columbia Gas of Virginia, Waymo Retains Cover Communications

Washington, DC – Jarvis Stewart, founder and CEO, Cover Communications LLC (Cover), announced today that the firm has been retained by Columbia Gas of Virginia and Waymo to provide strategic communications and stakeholder engagement counsel to the company in an effort to achieve the business objectives set forth by each company’s executive leadership teams.

Based in Richmond, Virginia, Columbia Gas is the leading natural gas and public utility company in the Commonwealth. Cover’s CEO, Jarvis Stewart, and other team members will report directly to Columbia Gas president, Jennifer Montague.

Waymo is the most celebrated autonomous vehicle company in the world. The company dominates the market in more than ten U.S. cities coast to coast. Cover will be working closely with Waymo’s state and local policy campaign teams to develop stakeholder outreach strategies.
