Cover was retained by the NFL to help elevate initiatives led by the league's Office of the Chief Diversity Officer and Executive Vice President of Football Operations.:

Our team drafted and implemented a strategic engagement plan highlighting major programs such as the Front Office and Head Coach Accelerator, Quarterback Coaching Summit & Ozzie Newsome General Manager Forum, and the HBCU Battle of the Brains. The momentum continued by advising the NFL on more creative ways to engage critical stakeholders such as the Congressional Black Caucus, US Black Chambers, Inc., and the MLK Memorial Foundation. Both organizations are pivotal in illustrating the league's ongoing commitment to engaging more diverse suppliers and supporting national community and social justice causes. Significant accomplishments to date include lending our communications and strategic planning to support during "tent pole" events such as Super Bowl LVII in Phoenix, Arizona, and the NFL Draft in Las Vegas, where Cover worked closely with the NFL's Los Angeles-based entertainment division. Cover continues to advise the NFL on ways to identify and build sustainable relationships with non-football traditional and social media platforms, thus benefiting the league, its players, and 32 clubs.
